Take an anonymized screenshot of the list and record the Happ version. Hide your personal link, addresses, IDs, and other access data. Note if N/A Immediately after import, after manual ping check, or after renewing your subscription.
If the list of servers is completely empty, use a separate instruction "There are no servers after importing into Happ". If records are displayed but none are connected, proceed to diagnostics inaccessibility of the entire list.
Repeat the measurement
Open the latency check action provided by the current version of Happ and wait for it to complete. Do not press it repeatedly in a row. Repeat the measurement once after a complete restart of the application.
Ping shows the latency of a particular check, but it does not guarantee the speed or performance of all sites. N/A Also, you can't compare it to the numerical result as "very high ping": these are different states.
Check the regular internet
Unplug Happ and open multiple sites. If the original connection is unstable, restore Wi-Fi or mobile network before re-measurement. Then compare the result through another network without changing the server and other parameters.
If N/A appears on only one network, save this result for diagnosis. Do not change DNS, routing, and router settings at the same time.
Update an existing record
Check the subscription activity in your personal account and update the already added record with the standard Happ action. Do not re-import the same link: this can create duplicates and make the comparison difficult.
After upgrading, make sure that the list contains the expected entries and check the ping again. If the data is not updated, use the About the subscription renewal issue.
Compare one server and the entire list
If only one record doesn't have a numeric result, try connecting to another. When the rest of the servers are being measured and running, you should not change the system settings of the entire device. Record the problematic record without publishing its address.
If N/A is displayed for all entries, check the different network, Happ system permissions, and the selected connection mode. A detailed sequence is in the general article About connection errors.
Consider the version of the desktop application
In the official description of Happ Desktop 3.1.0, the developers indicated a fix for a situation where identically named servers from a subscription were combined into a single record that was not available for ping checking. In this version, such records must be displayed and measured separately.
This is a confirmed fix for a specific desktop version. It does not mean that every case N/A is caused by the same names, and is not automatically transferred to Android or iOS.
How to check the result
- Commit the original list and the Happ version.
- Check the internet without the app.
- Upgrade your existing subscription.
- Restart Happ.
- Run a single latency check.
- Compare a different network.
- Check if
N/Ato one or all of the entries.
If it doesn't help
Pass on to support the OS and Happ version, test time, network type, and the result of the comparison with the second network. Attach a screenshot without addresses and keys. Don't send the full subscription link.
To select a working option, use the resource on choosing a server, and to read the measurements correctly, use the instructions for checking the ping.
Frequently Asked Questions
Does N/A mean that the server is off?
Not necessarily. This may mean that there is no result of a specific check. You need to re-measure, change the network, and compare the rest of the records.
Do I need to add my subscription again?
First, update the existing record. Re-importing may create duplicates and not resolve the cause.
Can I choose an N/A server?
This should only be checked in the current version of the application and without publishing server data. For normal use, it is wiser to compare the record with the available dimension first.
