Make sure the problem is only in one entry

Select two other entries from the same current subscription and run one test each. If they work, the original internet, app permissions, and sharing are probably not the first direction of validation.

If the entire list is not included, use a different instruction — "All Happ servers are unavailable". If the list is empty, check Import result.

Retest the latency

Run the standard ping check for the problematic record and wait for the result. N/A does not automatically mean that the server is turned off; It requires a separate check. Compare the value with other records, but don't infer the speed from the ping alone.

Detailed measurement limits are described in the instruction "How to check the ping of Happ servers".

Check another network

Without changing the recording and Happ mode, switch to a different Wi-Fi network or mobile data. If the server works through only one network, record the difference and do not immediately change DNS, routing and router.

When the result is the same on two networks, temporarily use a different available record and prepare the information for support. This is safer than manually editing your personal configuration.

Upgrade your subscription

Perform a routine update of an existing record. Don't add the same link again. After the update, check if the problematic server is still there, if its name has changed, and if the measurement result is available.

If duplicates occur after the upgrade, don't delete the entire list. First, determine the source of each record and keep your working access. A separate article is provided for duplicate entries About duplicate servers.

Consider the Happ Desktop 3.1.0 hotfix

The official release of desktop 3.1.0 fixed a situation where the same subscription servers could be combined into a single record that did not measure ping. After the upgrade, such servers should be displayed separately.

Check the version of the desktop application if you see the same names or the same unusual entry. This particular fix does not prove the cause of any individual failure and does not automatically apply to the mobile versions.

Don't blindly edit parameters

Do not change the address, port, protocol, SNI, UUID, or other fields without the subscriber's information. Accidental change can damage the configuration and reveal secret parameters in screenshots.

If the current record is needed for diagnostics, save only the anonymized name, test time, network type, and observed result.

How to check the result

  1. Compare the two working entries.
  2. Check the ping of the problematic entry.
  3. Repeat the test over a different network.
  4. Upgrade your existing subscription.
  5. Restart Happ.
  6. Try it once.
  7. Record the time and the exact result.

If it doesn't help

Temporarily select an available server and contact support. Report Happ version, OS, time, two checked networks, and the status of other records. Don't send the full address, subscription link, or QR code in an open message.

Recommendations for choosing are available in the material "How to choose a server in Happ". The general connectivity diagnostics is located on the Happ Plus blog.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need to delete a broken server?

Not immediately. First, renew your subscription and save your verification data. The server may change or disappear when the list is updated normally.

Why is there a ping, but the connection does not work?

Ping and a full connection check different things. The presence of a measurement does not guarantee the operation of all protocols and applications.

Can I correct the address manually?

Only if the correct parameters are provided by the configuration owner and the feature is verified. Do not choose the values yourself.
