Write down the exact address and the error

Copy the page address without personal parameters, tokens, and login details. Write down the browser error text and time. Check the main page of the domain, not just the deep link with authorization.

Don't post the assumption that a site is blocked or crashed based on a single device.

Check the other browser

Open the same address in a different browser on the same device. If it works, check the extensions, cache, and settings of the first browser. Start with a private window with no active extensions, if available.

For a secure cache clearance, see "How to Clear Happ App Cache", but the Happ cache and the browser cache are different things. Don't delete app data unnecessarily.

Compare without Happ

Unplug Happ and open the same site. If it doesn't work and without an app, check the availability of the site through a different network or device. If the site opens without Happ, save this result and continue to check the record, DNS and routing.

If the entire Internet stops working after connecting, use A more general instruction.

Check out another record

Select another available server and try the test again. Don't change your browser, network, and DNS at the same time. If the site works with only one record, use it temporarily and save the check time.

Do not infer the reason for the unavailability of the first server without infrastructure data.

Check DNS

If the browser reports a name resolution error or a similar network result, reset the last working DNS setup. Do not set random values. Detailed diagnostics can be found on the page "Happ doesn't have DNS working".

Check multiple domains. A single address problem does not equal a common DNS failure.

Check the routing

If you are using custom rules, domain exceptions, or application exclusions, temporarily revert to the most recent work profile. Do not delete the profile without a backup. A single invalid rule can affect an individual domain, but this must be confirmed by a consistent test.

The general routing configuration will be described on the Happ rules page.

Compare a different network

Leave the selected entry and check the site through an independent network. If the problem only recurs on home Wi-Fi, examine the DNS and router rules separately. Keep the original settings before making changes.

If it doesn't help

Pass on to support a domain without a personal path, exact error text, time, browsers, two networks, and two verified records. Do not send cookies, authorization headers, or a full subscription link.

If the problem affects individual programs rather than websites, use the article About Apps.

Frequently Asked Questions

The site does not work - does it mean it is blocked?

No. There may be a site, browser, DNS, routing, or network-specific error. Comparative tests are needed.

Do I need to change the server?

Compare one other record. This is a diagnostic step, not proof of the cause.

Why does the site open in a different browser?

Check the extensions, cache, cookies, and settings of the first browser. The network route in this case may be healthy.
