Open multiple sites and another program while Happ is active. If the entire Internet does not work, use the instructions "After connecting Happ, the Internet disappears". If only the pages in the browser do not open, skip to the material About individual sites.
Write down the name and version of the problematic application, the exact error text, and the time.
Check the app without Happ
Unplug Happ and repeat the same step. If the application does not work without it, update the application, check its own status and the source network. Do not attribute to Happ a bug that is reproduced on a normal connection.
If everything works without Happ, continue with one selected entry and do not change multiple settings at the same time.
Check another network and record
Leave the same record first and change the network. Then, go back to the source network and select another available record. Record the four results. This helps to distinguish between network dependency and a specific route.
Do not call the program incompatible with Happ without playing on the latest versions of both parties.
Check App Exclusions
If your platform and Happ version support per-app policies, make sure that your app isn't excluded or directed to unwanted mode. The names and availability of this feature vary between Windows and Android.

Check the routing
Revert back the last operational routing profile, or temporarily disable only the custom rule that is being tested. Save the current settings before you make the change. If the program starts working, turn on the rules one at a time until the symptom recurs.
Do not publish personal configuration content. The basics will be described in the Happ routing instructions.
Check System Limitations
On Android, make sure that the app is allowed for mobile data and background work. On Windows, check the program's own proxy settings and firewall rules. Some applications use separate network settings, but you need to check this against their official documentation.
Do not disable your antivirus or firewall entirely. Only edit a confirmed rule with a safe refund method.
Check DNS and Happ Mode
If the application accesses the domain and reports a network error, compare the result after reverting to the last working DNS setup. If the problem started after changing the TUN or system proxy, revert to the previous mode.

Prepare the versions of the OS, Happ and the problematic program, the exact error text, the results without Happ, on the second network and with a different record. Attach an anonymized screenshot. Don't submit sign-in information or configuration content.
