Check the text of the message

Keep the exact wording and time of appearance. Make sure that the error is specific to the number of devices and not to the subscription term, incorrect code, or failed import.

Hide device IDs, personal link, and account information in the screenshot.

Open the list of devices

Log in to your Happ Plus account and find the device management section. Compare the list to your phones, computers, and TVs. The old name of the device may not be the same as the usual name, so also focus on the date of activity, if it is displayed.

Detailed management is described in the article Happ Plus Device Management.

Check the current fare conditions

Don't use a number from an old article or post: open the current terms in fare section or office. The limit may change along with the tariff, term or additional devices.

The article should not promise a specific quantity without an automatic source of up-to-date data.

Unplug the old device

Select only your device that is no longer in use and perform a routine shutdown. Don't delete your current phone or computer until you still have access. After the change, wait for the list to update and reactivate on the new device once.

If the old device is lost, additionally check the security of the account and personal link.

Add the new device correctly

After freeing up space, install Happ from a trusted source and add the data in the way provided. Do not send the key through a public chat or use someone else's device to store the QR code permanently.

A step-by-step scenario can be found in the article Add a Second Device. General rules are in the material about using Happ on multiple devices.

If you can't disconnect your old device

Check if an additional device or another tariff is available in the account. Do not promise such an opportunity without displaying in the current conditions. If the list contains an unfamiliar device, do not delete the data chaotically: change access in the prescribed way and contact support.

Do not share your password, full key, or payment information with support.

How to check the result

  1. Check the error message.
  2. Check the tariff and the current limit.
  3. Go to the list of your devices.
  4. Unplug the confirmed old device.
  5. Wait for the account to be updated.
  6. Repeat adding the new device once.
  7. Check the connection and the list.

If it doesn't help

Prepare the order number or ID only in the secure channel, the time of the error, and an anonymized list of devices. Use the instructions by contacting Happ Plus support.
