When is it better to renew

Check the end date in your account in advance. Extending before the end of the term helps avoid interruption and does not require reinstalling the application. Clarify whether the new period is added to the current term — this should be visible before payment. Don't just focus on the date inside a Happ record that hasn't been updated for a long time.

Choose the right account

Log in to the account where the active subscription is located. Compare the name of the plan and the device. Paying for a different account won't automatically update your current record. If access was granted by another family member, check the owner of the account in advance and do not share passwords through open messages.

Extend

Open the renewal section, select the term, and check the amount. Confirm the payment once and wait for the result. Save the receipt or transaction number. If the page is frozen, check the history of the account and bank before repeating the action. A repeated payment may result in unwanted double charges.

Update your Happ record

Once the new date appears, open Happ and find the current record. Use the update action. Close and reopen the details to check the due date. Don't add the same link as a new record if an update is available. On multiple devices, you may need to update separately.

If the old date is displayed

Make sure that the account already shows the renewal. Check the internet, restart Happ and refresh the record again. If the link has been replaced, use the new one from the account, having previously retained access to the old one before verification. Capture the app and device versions where the issue recurs.

Contacting support

Tell us the account, the date and amount of the transaction, the new deadline in the account and the old deadline in the application. Attach an anonymized screenshot. Don't send the full code, QR code, password, or payment information. Indicate whether you have tried to update the record and if the situation repeats on another device.
