Home Screen

The main screen contains a list of added entries and the status of the selected connection. First, learn to distinguish between an active recording and a saved but unselected recording. Don't delete items just because of an unfamiliar name: open the details and match them with your personal account.

Adding data

The Add action opens the available import methods: link, QR code, or file. Names may vary between platforms. Use the format from the account and do not create several identical records.

Record Update

The update receives up-to-date information for an already saved record. It is useful after renewing or changing data. If the update failed, check the deadline in the account and the Internet before re-importing.

Connection Status

The indicator shows the current status, but does not explain the cause of each error. Record the message and the time it appeared. Compare the result in another network without changing many parameters at the same time.

App Settings

The settings include language, startup, updates, and system settings. Change one pip at a time and write down the original value. Don't include unknown experimental features unnecessarily.

Before contacting, look for the Happ version, operating system, and error text. The screenshot must not contain a personal link, QR code, or payment details.
